Hi! I'm Emmy

I work with technology, entertainment and consumer companies on music strategy, product, growth and transformation.

That might mean helping a company enter music for the first time, shaping a new artist or fan proposition, finding the commercial opportunity, fixing something that is not working or providing experienced fractional leadership when a business needs senior support without a permanent hire.

I’ve spent my career on both sides of the music and technology relationship, in senior leadership roles across EMI, Warner Music, Napster and SoundCloud. I’ve launched and transformed businesses, built digital and commercial strategies, worked with artists and platforms, entered new markets and led teams through significant change. (more on my background here)

Today, I bring that experience to companies facing a music opportunity, a business problem or a moment of change.

If that sounds like where your business is right now, let’s talk!

Emmy Lovell

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT EXECUTIVE

Emmy has spent two decades at the centre of music's biggest shifts, with a career spanning Warner Music, SoundCloud, EMI Music and Napster.

Few executives have run strategy across that many of them. In every role she's been early to the change everyone else caught up to later, AI, ML, Web3 and the platform shifts that reshaped how the industry works.

She has built and transformed businesses and driven growth throughout. Today she works with companies, founders and leadership teams on the problems that matter most, bringing clear strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge and an instinct for seeing what others miss.
